About the Diagnostic Criteria of the Knee Movement After Ligament Injuries

Abstract
There were many clinical diagnostic studies that could be presented for the knee joint injury. The authors had reviewed 15 cases of knee joint injuries which were analysed as a group of anterior cruciate. ligament rupture, a group of simple contusion and¢¥ a group of normal control in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgey, Soon ¢¥ Chun ¢¥Hyang Medical College Hospital for 2 years from April, 1975 to Dec. 1977.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. Movable ratio in normal knee joint was between 20 to 80 each anterior, neutral and posterior traction.
2. Movable ratio in anterior cruciate ligament injury group was below 20 in anterior traction.
3. We had experience of isolated rupture of anterior cruciate ligament and the movable ratio was 9 in anterior traction.
